DELIVERY

Unless Express mail service is selected by the customer, please allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery. Packages will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

CANCELLATIONS

Because we want to get your sunglasses to you in a timely manner, cancellations are available only within 6 hours of your order being placed for in stock merchandise. Back ordered products may be canceled at any time before they are shipped. 

RETURNS

We take great pride in our sunglasses and are confident that upon receipt of your purchase, you will find them to exceed your expectations. However, if you decide to return your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund any item. Please know that all returned products must be in 100% resalable condition.

Returns for store credit or exchange may be made by sending your request to returns@sunglassworld.net within 14 days of receipt of shipment. We will send you a confirmation email that includes the address where you should return the item. The item must be shipped back within 4 days of receiving the confirmation email. All returns must be in original condition. Repackage the item as securely as possible. You are responsible for shipping including cost. We recommend shipping via insured carrier such as UPS or FedEx. Insure the package for the full purchase price. Items returned damaged or after 14 days of original purchase will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Please make sure that your name and address are clearly printed on the outside of the package, and send it to the address provided in the confirmation email. You will receive email conformation when we receive your returned product.

We will send you a confirmation email that includes the address where you should return the item. The item must be shipped back within 4 days of receiving the confirmation. Returns to our store locations may made at any of our 8 locations. Returns must be done within 14 days of receipt of shipment. All returns must be in original condition and have all original paperwork along with receipt. Damaged or worn product cannot be returned. Shipping cost will not be refunded.
